Trinity Hill Equestrian
A purpose in progress, made up of a group of people passionate about one another, horses, hunter jumper equestrian riding, nature, trail riding, connecting with God on a deeper level and challenging themselves and others to be the very best they can be as riders and more importantly, as people called for a higher purpose. An East TN family purchased the land in 2016 that has and is developing. The property is made up of 100 acres, for multi-functional use. A vision to develop a refuge where children could run and play without concern, where nature can be experienced on a deeper level, where people passionate about horses can develop their equestrian skills, keep their horses and even live if so desired.
Trinity Riding Stables consists of a fully functional barn, including 14’ x 14’ padded stalls with automatic waterers, Dutch doors, heated and air-conditioned Tack room, bathroom, shower, laundry room and office. Paddocks range in size from 1 acre to 3 acres. There is a 100’ x 200’ riding ring with sifted natural river sand footing. A riding trail travels the perimeter of the 100 acres for trail riding through fields, woods, over a pond with deer and turkey abounding. The second barn with 12’ x 12’ stalls and similar amenities will be completed in Spring 2018 along with a new 200’ x 300’ ring. Trinity Equestrian Estates is a limited group of 5-acre, estate-sized lots for families wanting to connect with nature on a more continual basis. There are ten Trinity Equestrian Estates lots. These lots provide beautiful views of the Smokey Mountains or the Cumberland Plateau, westward views and one 10-acre lot that is very flat.
